Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our Williams Sonoma Personalized Bottles, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been engraved or customized unless they arrive damaged or defective. We strive for absolute perfection in every bottle and will work quickly to resolve any issues with your order.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Upon arrival, please carefully inspect your personalized bottle for any engraving errors or transit-related damage.

  • 2.
    Contact Customer Care

    If your item is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect.

  • 3.
    Receive Return Authorization

    Once your claim is verified, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the faulty item.

  • 4.
    Processing Your Replacement

    After we receive the original bottle, we will prioritize a new production run to send your corrected personalized replacement at no additional cost.
